Shipping Policy

We ship orders using the United States Postal Service. Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Orders require an additional 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination. Orders with products on back order will require an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. You will be notified via email if your order contains products on back order. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships. 

Pick Up Options

Pick up is also available! Orders are ready for pick up 3-4 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email with the pick up location address when your order is ready. Pick up hours are Monday - Saturday 9AM to 7PM EST time. Please email [email protected] for further information 

International Orders

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 3-9 business days for delivery after it ships. Delivery may take up to 14 business days.  We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
